There is a prototype of the autopilot. To move to combat testing and achieve the target KPIs, funds are to to be found for ≤ 4 mon.
What's done
- Conducted a free audit + gap list → confirmed eligibility for financing.
- We prepared a full package, completed 18 documents to maximize points.
- The first submission yielded 4 million ₴ without significant comments and remarks from experts. The team refined the product, we refined the application — a second submission opened access to 8 million ₴.
- Prepared Founder for an interview.

- The donor's final decision is 3 months from the start of the grant project. It could have been faster, but the CTO was forced to devote the biggest part of his time to R&D
